South Bank
This condominium unit at South Bank takes a dark, tailored direction, with glossy black finishes and mirrored surfaces used throughout. Sculptural furniture pieces and warm cove lighting soften the moodier palette.
A Mirrored Dining Area
A full-height mirror wall and crystal chandelier open up the dining space, paired with a round table, sculptural white dining chairs and a glossy black ceiling feature overhead.
A Backlit Display Wall
Dark textured wallpaper and a built-in backlit display cabinet frame the dining area’s second wall, adding storage and a place to show off decorative pieces.
A Dark, Textured Living Room
The living room continues the dark palette with a textured feature wall, a slatted white display panel and a wall-mounted television, set against warm cove lighting.
A Black Lacquer Feature Wall
Backlit amber-glass panels and a glossy black finish define a feature partition near the living area, which also discreetly houses the home’s intercom point.
A Window Bay with a City View
A built-in, upholstered window bay seat looks out over the skyline — a quiet spot to sit back and take in the view.
