Overview
Additions, alterations and reconstruction work come with a layer most interior renovations don’t: authority submissions, structural considerations, and external consultants — architects, engineers, sometimes conservation requirements — who all need to be coordinated, not just consulted.
We manage that coordination as part of the project, not as a separate hand-off. Submissions are prepared and tracked, consultants are briefed against the same drawing set the site works from, and the design intent stays intact from the first sketch through to what’s actually built — rather than getting diluted every time it passes through another party.
