Handover isn’t the end of the relationship — it’s a joint inspection, a defect list, and a commitment to rectify what’s on it, not a box to tick before the final invoice goes out.
Because we also plan and install the smart home system, our after-sales support extends past the usual defects list: once you’re actually living with the lighting scenes, the climate control and the access sensors day to day, we’re the same team who can adjust or troubleshoot them — not a separate installer who’s already moved on to the next job.
