Form & Space was founded in Singapore in 2011 as a design-and-build studio: one team responsible for the drawing and for what arrives on site.
We keep our own carpentry facility in Johor, Malaysia. Every carpentry item is made to our shop drawings, checked before it leaves the floor, and installed by people who report to the same project manager who drew it.
Smart home is a discipline here, not a line item. Working closely with Aqara and Near, we design lighting, climate, blinds, access and sensors into the drawings, and we tell owners plainly which automations earn their place and which do not. An installer wires what you ask for. We tell you what to ask for.
Imported modular kitchen cabinets and wardrobes are a discipline of their own, and one we have completed many jobsites in alongside Brun SG and modular+. We know which systems suit which plan, where the tolerances fall, and what has to be right before the carcasses arrive.
We favour durable materials, honest detailing and sustainable methods where they hold up in Singapore’s climate — and we would rather say no to a scope than promise a schedule we cannot keep.
