Interior Designer (Full time)

Take projects from the first client meeting through design, quotation and site coordination to handover.

What you’ll do

  • Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, brief and budget
  • Develop space plans, design concepts, mood boards and 3D visuals
  • Prepare working drawings in AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Recommend materials, finishes, carpentry and fittings, including modular cabinet options
  • Prepare design proposals and quotations, and manage changes during the project
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and site teams through to handover

What we’re looking for

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field
  • At least 1 year of residential or commercial experience; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; Enscape, V-Ray or Photoshop is a plus
  • Knowledge of HDB, condominium and landed renovation guidelines is an advantage

Sales Interior Designer (Basic + Commission, Full time)

Turn enquiries into projects and look after clients from the first consultation to handover.

What you’ll do

  • Follow up on enquiries and showroom visits, and run client consultations
  • Recommend design and renovation solutions, including Brun SG / Modular+ cabinet packages
  • Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate and close sales
  • Work with the design and site teams for a smooth handover

What we’re looking for

  • At least 1 year of sales experience in renovation, interior design, carpentry, cabinetry or furniture (strong sales backgrounds from other industries welcome)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage
  • Able to read floor plans; SketchUp is a bonus
