Overview
A renovation with three different contractors usually means three different people to chase, three different excuses when something slips, and no single person who can see the whole programme at once. We run every project through one project manager, working to one programme, who you can call directly for the length of the build.
That’s only possible because the carpentry, the smart home planning and the site works all sit within the same studio to begin with — there’s no handover between subcontractors for the project manager to referee, just one team executing one plan.
